Everyone’s already said it, but I’m joining in too. January went on forever. I was glad of it, to be honest! I don’t really want 2018 to fly by, so a slow start to the year was just my cup of tea. February hasn’t been so kind, though, and is rushing by at the speed of light. If February wants to slow down, that would be fine by me.
January saw me wave goodbye to the Christmas show, saw me pop to London and get engaged and then generally saw me not work and mope about because Matt has gone back on tour. Gosh, May feels like it went on forever. I’m not complaining – 2016 flew by so I’m hoping every other month follows the slow pace of May!
It felt like summer had arrived early, with the weather being glorious – sometimes it felt as though I was back in Spain! Matt was able to come home for just over a week, and we worked out where and when we can meet up for the next (and last) four months of his tour, which gives me something to look forward to over this break. I didn’t get as much done on here as I’d have liked. Earlier in the month while clearing space, I deleted a database which said it hadn’t been accessed since 2011. It turned out that it was my WordPress database, and it wasn’t able to be restored so I got to start my website with a clean slate! Continue reading
